Custom and Personalized orders are subject to a downpayment of 60% of the cost of the final product. Personalized and Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned for refund or exchange. To ensure customer satisfaction in the process of Custom and Personalized designs, there will be multiple communications with the customer along with e-mails containing images of design ideas as the customer is involved in this process during the design and pricing stages.
