Repair and Restringing
We understand that any Gemstone Jewelry that is strung (by any manufacturer) is susceptible to breakage due wear and fatigue over time. In our attempt to provide a quality product and customer satisfaction, we offer a repair and restringing service to our customers for the products they purchase. After the first 30 days from date of shipment we will repair and/or restring the purchased product. The customer is responsible for the following: 1) Returning all parts, pieces, stones, etc of the product to us with the original packing slip. 2) Customer pays the cost of shipping to the damaged item to us. 3) Customer pays for all parts (including replacement stones) and time involved in repair of the product. 4) Druidic Gems & Jewelry will repair the item and pay the cost of shipping to return the repaired/restring product to the customer.
