Return and Exchange Policy
You may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or Custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund due to the personalized nature of the items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will be paid by Druidic Gems & Jewelry on all exchanged item(s). All products returned must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabication error.
