SHIVA LINGHAM
The Shiva Lingham originates from the Narmada River in Onkar Mandhata. This is one of the Seven Holy sites and rivers of India (Hindu Culture). It is created naturally from a form of Crypto-crystalline Quartz and Jasper. The name Shiva Lingham is a reference to Lord Shiva and Lingham, meaning egg-like. Having been formed over time in the river, through rapids and natural tumbling, the Shiva Lingham is a physical representation of Shiva the Destroyer (Mahesh), the one that sets the cycle of Creation (Brahma) and Sustaining (Vishnu) into a world of change and new manifestation.
